I began to notice my kids would come to school tired and could not make one trip around the playground without complaint. My licensing representative asks me what we could implement that could help this problem. As I searched for an ideal program, I begin to notice myself. I had to be the example. I lost 45lbs and started a fitness program for staff, parents, and kid. 

As a As a kinesthetic writer, I show movement, motion, and action in my writing. The most basic facts about the world of learning are discovered through physical means. I establish criteria I can later use to judge our work. When I brainstorm topics, it’s crucial not to latch onto one in particular before I explore other options that could be better. I have to consider my audience and the purpose. Will my purpose for writing or creating be evident to my audience? The ideas developed in my writing help me focus on making significant revisions. My emphasis is placed on the fact that revision continues through the end of the writing process. I have written two trainings for Developmn: The Importance of Self-Care and Staff Retention.
