I’ve been working in early childhood education for over 30 years and am passionate about supporting both children and educators. As a Develop Expert Trainer and Course Writer, I’ve mentored more than 50 providers in starting their own licensed childcare businesses and have authored multiple trainings—four of which are still approved in the Develop system from before course writing became a formal requirement. I hold a B.A. in Early Childhood Leadership and am currently pursuing my M.Ed. in Family Education with a Parent Education teaching license.

In addition, I am a certified ACE Interface Presenter, committed to raising awareness of trauma and the promise of prevention in our communities. I enjoy designing hands-on, interactive learning experiences that align with the Minnesota Knowledge and Competency Framework and encourage active engagement. My goal is simple: to provide meaningful professional development that empowers educators and strengthens the quality of care for children across Minnesota.
