Class Terms & Conditions 

1. Class Cancellations by Instructor
If the instructor cancels a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations Due to Low Enrollment
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you may choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule into the next upcoming class,

• Reschedule into a future class of your choice, or

• Receive a refund.

Important: You must respond to the cancellation notice to select your option. Refunds are not automatic.

If no response is received within the time frame stated in the notice, you will be automatically rescheduled to the next available class.

3. Student Cancellations
If you cancel your enrollment, you may reschedule for a future class.
Refunds for student-initiated cancellations are not provided unless otherwise specified.

4. Reschedule Limit
You may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times.
After two reschedules, you will no longer be eligible for additional transfers.
If you fail to attend after the second reschedule, funds will no longer be refundable.

5. Attendance & Participation
By enrolling, you agree to attend the scheduled class and participate as required.
Missed classes are non-refundable.

6. Policy Acceptance
By registering for any class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
